This blend combines the pure, undiluted essential oils of Lavender, Marjoram, Mandarin, Patchouli, Geranium Egyptian, and Chamomile Roman, each renowned for their therapeutic properties and soothing aroma.

Directions:

  • Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Place a drop or two near your pillow at night for a calming sleep experience.

  • Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier oil and apply to pulse points or areas of tension. Mix with unscented body lotion or carrier oil for a tension-relieving massage throughout the day. Can also be added to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
